n keeping with our policy of continuous service improvement, we are happy to inform you that LCM Diagnostics is working towards ISO 15189:2010 accreditation.

ISO 15189:2010 is an international quality management system standard designed specifically for medical laboratories. It provides rigorous standards for competence, quality, safety and ethics for the welfare of the patient and laboratory staff. It is the international standard used throughout the world to deliver top-quality medical laboratory services and we are pleased to be among the first, in the Philippines, to be working towards achieving this accreditation.

In this connection, we have completed substantial renovation and expansion of our laboratory facilities and added a brand-new Multiple Chemistry Analyzer and an Immunology Analyzer to our all-computerized testing equipment. We have also fine-tuned our operating protocols, including those for our popular Home Service, to ensure timely, accurate and reliable test results in conformance with ISO 15189:2010 standards.

With these improvements, we are confident of providing our clients with world-class medical laboratory services.
